Apr 30 2010: Strategic Partnership with Avisar Chartered Accountants
Avisar Chartered Accountants and SyncBASE Inc. are pleased to announce their strategic partnership. Avisar has recently implemented OPTRACK, SyncBASE's flagship product for managing and administrating employee stock options, to manage all of its public company clients' employee stock options, and is also currently in the process of implementing IFRSTRACK to manage the transition of its clients to International Financial Reporting Standards.
"Many public companies today are experiencing difficulty meeting their accounting and business advisory needs internally. Public company CFOs are typically faced with increasing responsibilities, which often does not leave them with the time to research complex accounting issues, or to invest in additional training required to keep up to date on changes in accounting and reporting requirements" noted Mr. Bernie Zacharias, Managing Partner of Avisar. With regard to smaller companies who do not currently employ a CFO, Partner Steven Krause added: "Many start-up or junior public companies do not currently require the services of a full-time CFO, but are in need of expertise to deal with required regular reporting and high risk tax issues."
With regard to Avisar's use of SyncBASE's products, Bernie Zacharias states: "The SyncBASE products have allowed us to better service our clients by reducing the time required to prepare quarterly financial statements and to provide accurate and reliable financial reporting."
"We are very happy and excited about the strategic partnership that we now have with Avisar Chartered Accountants. Avisar is an organization that has a vision that aligns with ours, and I believe that this partnership will provide significant benefits for both company's clients" noted Ramy Taraboulsi, CEO of SyncBASE Inc.
